NiMin Energy has a strong platform for long term growth from our core assets in California and Wyoming. With a focus on increasing oil production and building proven oil reserves, the company has an inventory of high quality drilling locations. Recent accomplishments include:

• Increased Proved Reserves at the end of 2010 by 45% attributable to the Company's successful 2010 drilling program in Wyoming and CMD in California
• Company was awarded a patent from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for the CMD process
• Commenced the expansion of facilities at the Willow Draw Field in Wyoming to process higher than expected oil production from recent developments/drilling
